The website works for you.
Customers book, order or ask, and the news finds your phone on its own. I build and look after them — five sites are live.
What I build

Bookings and payments
The guest finds a date, pays, gets a confirmation — without you or a middleman.
Booking calendar Free dates, kept in step with the Booking.com and Airbnb calendars.
- Beds24 sync When iCal is too slow: the site and the channels agree within minutes rather than hours. More
- Card or bank payments Cards through Stripe or bank links through Paysera, straight to your account, not a platform. More

Run it from a phone
One panel runs everything, no developer needed.
- The admin panel Calendar, prices, photos, text. Try it
Notifications Bookings and messages, in your pocket.
An app on the home screen The panel installs like an app.

Servers and upkeep
A site runs as long as someone looks after it. After launch, I do.
- Updates, checked first Every change is checked before it reaches the site; one that fails never does. More
- Moving off WordPress The same site, without WordPress or its plugins. Live
- Backups Nightly, automatic: data and photos. I rehearse a restore every four weeks. More
- Search (SEO) The groundwork for Google to find you, and a regular check that it still holds. No promises of first place. More

Who builds it

I’m Justas Vaičekauskas, in Klaipėda. I design, code and host these sites myself, down to teatro.lt’s admin app and its phone alerts.
There is no agency in between: the person you write to builds the site and keeps it running.
How we build your site together
Eight steps, from first message to upkeep.
- The build
- from €99 depending on the kind of site.
- Deposit
- 20% of the build, before the work starts.
- Upkeep, if you want it
- from €10 a month security updates, fixes, small changes.
We get in touch
Write or call. I work out what you need and quote the options for your current site or a new one.
Write to meContract and deposit
We sign a contract, and I send an invoice for a 20% deposit, which you pay by bank or card through Paysera, straight from the client area. The deposit registers the domain in your name and the initial hosting, and I start work. If you change your mind, ask for it back by email within 14 days of paying it, and I return it.
MoreAudit and questionnaire
With your permission I audit your current site, downloading its files and keeping them only as long as the work needs them. I send a questionnaire with design, structure and layout ideas; you read the audit and answer.
MoreWhat is still open
Whatever still needs settling goes into a new questionnaire.
You follow it in the client area
In the client area on sudievu.lt you log in, leave notes and watch the site being built.
Closed: not public, not indexed by search engines.
The client areaUsually two weeks
I usually present the finished project within two weeks of receiving your answers and material. The exact date goes into the contract — it depends on the customisation and the size of the order.
We go live
The site goes public. I set up SEO free of charge. Where needed, I help set up Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and Search Console.
HostingUpkeep, if you want it
From €10 a month: security updates, fixes, small changes. The contract runs a year or longer, paid monthly or yearly, and yearly gets two months free. Without upkeep, you get the code, the data and the credentials, and pay only for the build.
Prices and your plan
Let us start with your site
Write what you want, even if it is not listed. I reply within one working day, and if you already have a site, we start with an audit of it.
