Cancel a class on your phone. The site already shows it.
Timetable, sign-ups and alerts, on your own website.
A weekly timetable you change from your phone, sign-ups that take a real spot, a waiting list, and an alert on your phone for every new sign-up. All on your own website, not on somebody else’s platform.
The same Monday class, on the phone and on the site
The owner cancelled Monday’s 18:00 class on her phone and wrote the reason. The site already shows it as cancelled.
A demonstration. Taktas and its owner are made up, and this switches between two pictures of the demonstration. You can try the live timetable yourself. Try the live timetable →
01The offer
What you get
Not a business card, a working tool.
Sign-ups
Sign-ups that take a real spot
A visitor taps a class, leaves a name and a contact, and the spot is taken: on the site and on your phone. When no spots are left they can join a waiting list, and when you add spots, the people waiting get them in order. A first-timer ticks that on the form: their name carries a “First time” tag on your phone, and the price of a first class, or that it is free, sits in your price list.
Timetable
You change it from your phone
Cancel a class with a note to visitors, move it to another time, change the number of spots. The site changes at once.
Alerts
Your phone tells you
Every sign-up, waiting-list entry and new letter sends an alert. For a sign-up it says which class and how many have signed up. The name is not in the alert; you see it in the app.
Letters
Messages from the site’s form
The contact form sends a letter straight into your app: you read, answer and delete.
The site
Prices and the gallery are yours to manage
Prices, contacts, descriptions, the gallery (which photos show, in what order) and a strip above the header, such as “The hall is closed this week”, all change from your phone.
Languages
Lithuanian and English
The site has both languages, as this one does.
02The app
The owner’s side: an app on her phone
The screens of a made-up dance studio’s owner. You can open the app and try it yourself.
A class
Tap a class: cancel this week, move it, change the spots, see who signed up.
Sign-ups
How full each class is, in one place.
Letters
Messages from the site’s form, the unread ones marked.
The site
Contacts, prices, the gallery, the notice strip and every class’s description.
You do not look for it in a store: on an Android phone I install it as an app of its own, with your name and icon, and the alerts arrive under its name. Open the app
A demonstration. Every name, price and address is made up.
03Platforms
Your own site or a booking platform
You need not choose only one. But it is worth knowing who owns what.
Your siteA booking platform: ask yours
Name and address
Your siteA visitor arrives at your address, under your name and in your look.
A booking platform: ask yoursDoes the visitor see your name or the platform’s?
Customer contacts
Your siteSign-ups and letters sit in your app. If you do not want upkeep later, I hand over the code, the data and the credentials.
A booking platform: ask yoursCan you take your customer list with you if you leave?
Price
Your siteA one-off payment for the site, and hosting from €10 a month. The price does not rise with the number of sign-ups.
A booking platform: ask yoursIs there a monthly fee, a percentage of each sign-up, or both? Can the price change?
Rules
Your siteSpots, the waiting list and cancellations work the way your studio needs. What the demonstration does not have I build to order, and I name the price first.
A booking platform: ask yoursCan you set your own rules, or do you take the platform’s?
Who finds you
Your sitePeople who search for your name or your town find you, and so do your existing customers. A website does not bring strangers by itself.
A booking platform: ask yoursA platform’s directory may show you to new people: that may be its strength.
You can use both: a platform as an extra shop window, your site as your home. Neither gets in the other’s way.
04Calculator
Work it out with your numbers
Enter your own numbers. The examples are only examples.
The result
To the platform in a year

Your site in the first year
€319
the site with everything the demonstration shows, and 12 months of hosting
Your site in later years
€120
hosting from €10 a month

The calculator does not know your platform’s terms; it only multiplies what you enter. Excludes VAT. Without scripts the example is shown.
05Pricing
The price
Everything the demonstration shows is in the site’s price.
The site
€199paid once
A studio site with everything the demonstration shows: a timetable you change from your phone, sign-ups with a waiting list, the owner’s app, alerts, messages and two languages.
Hosting and upkeep
from€10/ month
The server, backups, monitoring, updates. You can leave upkeep out: then I hand over the code, the data and the credentials.
Beyond the demonstration
Quoted
Card payment, passes, discount codes or anything else the demonstration does not have is built to order: I name the price before I start.
Write or call. I work out what you need and quote the options for your current site or a new one.
02
Usually two weeks
I usually present the finished project within two weeks of receiving your answers and material. The exact date goes into the contract — it depends on the customisation and the size of the order.
03
We go live
The site goes public. I set up SEO free of charge. Where needed, I help set up Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and Search Console.
04
Upkeep, if you want it
From €10 a month: security updates, fixes, small changes. The contract runs a year or longer, paid monthly or yearly, and yearly gets two months free. Without upkeep, you get the code, the data and the credentials, and pay only for the build.
07Questions
Common questions
Short answers.
Do I have to download the app from a store?
No. On an Android phone I install it as an app of its own, with your name and icon, and the alerts arrive under its name.
Can visitors pay online?
In the demonstration a sign-up takes a spot but pays nothing. Card payment I build to order, and I name the price first.
Can I change the timetable without a developer?
Yes. From your phone you cancel a class with a note to visitors, move it, and change the spots, prices, gallery and contacts.
What if someone has no email?
The sign-up form takes an email or a phone number.
Does this suit something other than a dance studio?
Yes: yoga, a music school, kids’ clubs, group fitness, language courses, anything with a weekly timetable of groups and a limited number of spots. Taktas is only an example.
What if I later do not want your upkeep?
You can leave upkeep out: then I hand over the code, the data and the credentials.
Can I sell class passes?
Passes (four classes, a month) show in the prices section and you change them from your phone. Selling them online and counting the classes left are built to order, and I name the price first.
I have a list of current pupils. Can it be moved in?
The site keeps sign-ups for classes, not a register of pupils. Putting an existing list into the groups is built to order: send it as you have it and I will name the price.
What would a studio with 120 pupils pay?
The same: €199 for the site and hosting from €10 a month. The price does not depend on the number of pupils or sign-ups.
