I build internet systems their owner can run without me. Everything else on this page is that sentence, at length.

I write the code and build the infrastructure. Most often that is a site with an admin where the owner changes everything from a phone. Bookings and payments are there where the business needs them.
The server those sites run on is mine too: I look after it, keep the backups and watch that it stays up. When something breaks, the alert comes to me, not to your guest.
I work alone. The person you talk to is the person who writes the code: no account manager relaying it, no team for a question to get lost in.
The site is not the only job. Marketing, photographs and hands-on work in rental homes are mine as well, so instead of three suppliers you can have one.
I do not take on work I cannot do well. If it is not my field I say so at once and, where I can, say who to ask instead.

A pixel-art game: Duke Vytis climbs a burning tower through twelve worlds. For Windows.
What people ask before they commit.
A one-off price to build it and a small monthly fee to keep it running. On the pricing page you can put together your own plan and see the total at once. The final price is agreed in writing before work starts.
Yes, that is what the admin is for. Five of the demonstrations have an owner’s side: what you change there shows on the site at once.
The site is yours. Within 14 days you get the code, the database, the photographs and every access. The booking engine and the admin, which I use for other sites too, stay mine, but you get a permanent licence to use and change them, with another developer as well. I hold nothing hostage.
Usually two weeks from the day I have every answer to the questionnaire, the photographs and the text.
Not on bookings made through your own site. The payment processor takes its percentage, and that is the only fee on a booking.
Because I drew it rather than assembled it from a template. Your site gets the same treatment: it should look like your business.
